WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Sage Sweet Treats is located in the Sage family home in Belton, MO and operates under Missouri's Cottage Food Laws. Our full address is listed on your invoice, once you place your order.
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
At this time, we do not offer shipping.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Delivery may be available. An additional delivery fee will be added.
HOW DO I KEEP MY COOKIES FRESH?
Cookies will last for at least 1 week if kept in an airtight container at room temperature, or they can be frozen for up to 3 months. When thawing frozen cookies, keep them in the airtight container until completely thawed. No peeking!
WHEN DO I PAY?
Once a design is settled on and price quote is approved, you will be sent an invoice. Full payment must be made in order to retain the date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
A full refund will be given if your order is cancelled more than 2 weeks from your pick-up date. If cancelled within 2 weeks of pick-up date, a partial refund may be available. This will depend on if items have been purchased for your order or if your custom order has been started already. Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel.
